Description:  Blend with moderately high heat level.
Contains: 
Exotic spices and herbs including pepper, salt, scallions, onion and garlic, worcestershire sauce solids (molasses, vinegar, corn syrup, salt, caramel color, garlic, sugar, spices, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavor), soy sauce solids (soybeans, salt, wheat), powdered butter concentrate, vinegar powder, lemon juice solids; with less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
Usage:  For beef, pork, chicken.  Use 2/3 cup seasoning and 3 tablespoons water; make into paste and apply to meat.  Marinate at least 6 hours, best if marinated overnight.

Caribbean Jerk Seasoning Recipes

Jerk Seasoned Salmon
3 pound boneless, skinless salmon filet
1 tablespoon Spice Barn Caribbean Jerk Seasoning

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Place salmon on roasting pan; sprinkle on one side with jerk seasoning.  Drizzle with oil.  Cover and chill 2 hours.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.  Serve with Mango Salsa.
