Description:
Blend with moderately
high heat level.
Contains: Spices,
salt, scallions, onion, garlic, worcestershire sauce solids
(distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel color,
garlic powder, sugar, spice, tamarind, natural flavor), soy sauce
solids (soybeans, salt, wheat), natural flavors, vinegar powder
(distilled vinegar, modified food starch), corn syrup solids,
celery, citric acid, less than 2% tricalcium phosphate and silicon
dioxide added to prevent caking. ALLERGEN INFORMATION:
CONTAINS SOYBEANS, WHEAT, AND MILK.
Usage: For beef, pork, chicken. Use 2/3 cup seasoning
and 3 tablespoons water; make into paste and apply to meat.
Marinate at least 6 hours, best if marinated overnight.

Caribbean Jerk Seasoning Recipes
Jerk Seasoned Salmon
3 pound boneless, skinless salmon
filet
1 tablespoon
Spice
Barn Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Place salmon on roasting pan; sprinkle on one
side with jerk seasoning. Drizzle with oil. Cover and chill 2 hours. Bake
at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve
with Mango Salsa.
