jalapeno peppers, garlic), lactose, dehydrated cheddar cheese

whey, partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soybean oils, butter
(cream, salt), autolyzed yeast extract, paprika, buttermilk,
disodium phosphate, spices, cilantro, natural flavors.

Usage: Blend into sour

Chili Con Queso Dip
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 heaping tablespoon Spice Barn Chile con Queso
1/3 cup buttermilk
Blend all ingredients until smooth but still a very slightly
chunky. Add
more buttermilk if needed to get the consistency you like. You
can use
plain milk but the buttermilk gives this dip an extra smoothness
and
zing to taste. Using cream cheese instead of sour cream makes
this
exceptionally good!
