FedEx Express Shipping Information to help
you make shipping decisions:
Store Hours: We do not ship express
after 2 p.m. EST, and must be notified by 1 p.m.
Any express orders received after this time will not ship until the next
day.
2nd day: Orders ship the day after we receive them,
unless we are notified by phone that urgent shipping is needed. We must be notified before
1 p.m. EST. Keep in
mind that FedEx does not consider the day the order is shipped as a shipping day, it will be two days
after we ship before your order will arrive. Also, FedEx does deliver 2nd day
or overnight orders on Saturday, but they charge an extra $12 fee, which the
customer must approve before we can ship . (An
order placed on Wednesday afternoon after 1 or Thursday will not arrive to you before Monday of the following week.) Call if you
need assistance with Express shipping.
Standard Overnight: Standard overnight arrives by
3
p. m. the day after the order is shipped. We try to get orders we receive by
1 p.m. EST out
the day we receive it, but cannot guarantee it. If you really need a package out the same day,
please call; we will make every effort to ship immediately. Also, FedEx does not deliver
overnight orders on Saturday. If you place your order on Friday, expect it to arrive on
Monday.
