10 oz seasoning and 0.4 oz cure per 10# meat
Sauce: 6 1/2 ounces seasoning per 1 gallon sauce.
Contains: Salt, sugar, spices, beef flavor (beef stock, autolyzed yeast, beef extract), monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed soy protein, onion powder, garlic powder, 0.85% sodium erythorbate,and less than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
