Description:  This is a seasoning for your favorite condiment!

Ketchup:  Chop and cook 8 quarts of tomatoes until soft.  Strain through sieve, pressing through as much pulp as possible.  Return pulp to pan.  Add 5 1/2 tablespoons ketchup spice, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups cider vinegar.  Cook until thick or reduced by half.  Yield 6-7 pints.

Contains: Spices including Cinnamon, Onion, Malic Acid, Spice Extractive, and less than 2% Silicon Dioxide added to prevent caking.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from heat, light, and humidity.
