Description:
This is a seasoning for your
favorite condiment!
Contains:
Ground Spices,
Cinnamon, Allspice, Black Pepper, Cloves, Red Pepper
Usage: Ketchup:
Chop and cook 8 quarts of
tomatoes until soft. Strain through sieve, pressing through as much
pulp as possible. Return pulp to pan. Add 5 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
spice, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups cider vinegar. Cook
until thick or reduced by half. Yield 6-7 pints.
Other hints: Add a small amount to baked beans for added
flavor. Also, an excellent addition to cocktail sauce!
