Remoulade Sauce for Shrimp
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Creole mustard
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons capers
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Old Gulf Seafood Seasoning
Stir together all ingredients; cover and
chill. Serve with chilled, cooked shrimp.
