New York Strip Steaks with Scallion Butter Sauce
4 New York Strip Steaks
2-3 tablespoons Spice Barn Black Pepper Steak Spice
1 stick butter
3 green onions, sliced
Pat 1 1/2 teaspoons of Blacken Spice onto each steak, dividing between both sides of meat. Let stand till meat reaches room temperature. Melt butter and combine with sliced green onions. Grill steaks to desired doneness. Place on serving platter and spoon on butter sauce.
