Fruit Pecan Cake
1 cup flour, sifted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Spice Barn Ground Nutmeg
1/2 pound butter
2 1/4 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 tablespoons Brandy Flavoring
3/4 pound candied pineapple
3/4 pound candied whole cherries
1 pound seedless raisins
15 ounces pecan halves
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine butter, sugar, eggs, and flavoring in large bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add the fruit and nuts. Bake in two cake pans at 275 degrees for 2 hours or in a tube pan at 275 degrees for 3 hours.
