Hungarian Beef Brown beef in small amount of oil. Stir in next 9 ingredients. Simmer, covered 2-2 1/2 hours. Blend flour and water and stir into sauce. Cook till thickened. Serve over noodles. Garnish with Spice Barn Parsley Flakes. Hungarian Stir-Fry Slice steak diagonally across the grain into thin strips. Combine cornstarch and wine and pour over steak. Pour 1 tablespoon oil around top of wok preheated to 375 degrees. Add onion and mushrooms; stir-fry 3 minutes. Remove and set aside. Pour 1 tablespoon oil into wok. Drain steak, reserving marinade, and stir-fry 3 minutes. Return vegetables to wok. Combine reserved marinade, paprika, and beef both; add to wok and cook until thickened. Serve over rice. |
