Chicken a L'Orange
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 tablespoon Spice Barn Orange Peel Granules
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon Spice Barn Ground Ginger
2 tablespoons oil
2 carrots, sliced
2 ribs celery, sliced
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup cashews
rice
Cut chicken into pieces. Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour oil into wok or skillet and heat for 2 minutes. Add carrots and celery and stir fry 3 minutes; remove. Pour oil in wok; heat 2 minutes; stir fry chicken. Add juice mixture, vegetables and nuts. Stir till thickened. Serve over rice.
