Celery Salt Recipes

Ultimate Baked Chicken
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons Spice Barn Celery Salt
2 teaspoons Spice Barn Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Spice Barn Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Spice Barn Ground Black Pepper
12 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cups fine cracker crumbs
3/4 cup butter

Combine first 8 ingredients; add chicken and marinate overnight in refrigerator.  Remove chicken from sauce and roll in crumbs; arrange in baking pan.  Melt butter and spoon half oven chicken.  Bake at 300 for 1 hour.  Spoon on rest of margarine.  Bake 45 minutes longer or until done.

Italian Dressing
1 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Spice Barn Celery Salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground red cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
dash hot sauce

Combine ingredients, cover, and shake to blend.
