Description: Adds a tangy lemon and pepper flavor to vegetables and meats.  Blend of fine and coarse particles with mild pepper heat, lemon, and salt notes. *Note: Non resealable packaging.*

Usage: Shake on meat, fish, vegetables, and soups. Add to mayonnaise for a tangy sandwich spread, or mix 15% to water for a marinade.

Lemon Pepper Recipes

Lemon-Pepper Butter Sauce
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon Spice Barn Lemon-Pepper

Combine melted butter with Lemon-Pepper.  Spoon over cooked vegetables.

Lemon-Pepper Chicken Pita
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Spice Barn Dill Weed
1/4 teaspoon Spice Barn Lemon-Pepper
1 cup cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup sprouts
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup sliced or chopped tomato
1/4 cup sliced green onions
4 pitas

Combine first 4 ingredients for dressing.  Chill several hours.  Place 2 tablespoons chicken and fillings in pita; top with 1 tablespoon dressing.  Combine melted butter with seasoning.  Great on cooked or grilled vegetables, chicken or fish.

Garlic Green Beans
2 pounds fresh green beans
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 teaspoon Spice Barn Lemon-Pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Place the first 3 ingredients in a large pan; cover and cook over medium heat 30 minutes.  Drain.  Melt butter; add garlic and lemon pepper, and sauce 1-2 minutes.  Add beans and sauté 5 minutes; sprinkle with parsley.
