Vegetable Parmesan Sauce
8 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Spice Barn Onion Salt
Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Mix with milk and heat over low heat until well blended. Stir in cheese and onion salt. Serve over vegetables.
Picnic Potato Salad
3 pounds potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 cup sweet pickles, chopped
1/4 cup celery, diced
3/4 teaspoon Spice Barn Onion Salt
1/2 teaspoon Spice Barn Garlic Salt
1/2 teaspoon Spice Barn Celery Seed
1/2 teaspoon Spice Bar Ground Black Pepper
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
Combine all ingredients; toss gently. Chill.
